How long does a website take?

A standard website is planned for 2–3 weeks after we receive your content and initial payment and agree on the scope. We confirm the schedule in your project proposal.

What do I need to provide?

Your services, service areas, contact information, logo if you have one, and photos you have permission to use. We help organize your material and refine the English copy.

Can you improve my existing website?

Yes. Share the website address and what you would like to change. We will review the requirements and suggest a suitable scope.

Do I own my website?

Your proposal defines the website files, accounts and licenses included in the handover. Your domain should be registered in your name. Ownership and transfer arrangements are agreed before work begins.

Are hosting and the domain included?

Hosting is included in the optional Website Care plan. Domain registration, premium assets and third-party subscriptions are quoted separately unless your proposal includes them.

How do payments work?

After you approve the written proposal, we arrange a project-specific PayPal invoice in USD. Standard website projects have a 50% initial payment, with the remaining 50% due after your approval and before launch and handover. Available payment methods appear on your invoice.

What if I need to cancel?

Email us to cancel. Before work begins, project payments are refunded. After work begins, we provide a breakdown of completed work and any approved, non-recoverable third-party costs, and refund any remaining prepaid amount. Your written proposal confirms the details.

Will my website rank first on Google?

We provide basic on-page SEO and a clear site structure. Search rankings and enquiries depend on many factors, so we do not guarantee a position or a number of leads.

  • 50% to begin, 50% before launchStandard website projects start after the initial payment and content are received. The balance is due after preview approval and before launch or handover. Any different schedule is agreed in your proposal.
  • PayPal invoice paymentsWe arrange a project-specific PayPal invoice after your quote is approved. Use the payment methods shown on the invoice; card availability depends on the checkout. No payment is collected through this enquiry form.
  • Cancellation and refundsCancel by email. Before work starts, project payments are refunded. Once work begins, completed work and approved, non-recoverable third-party costs are itemized, and any remaining prepaid amount is refunded.
  • Optional care, billed monthlyWebsite Care is $79 USD per month, paid in advance. Email before your next renewal to cancel. Care continues through the paid period. We agree on migration and ongoing hosting before it ends; the domain stays in your name.
  • Costs agreed before purchaseDomain registration, premium assets, paid subscriptions and extra features are separate unless included in your proposal. Applicable taxes and third-party costs are shown in the final quote.
