Website information
The service descriptions and starting prices explain our proposed offerings. They do not form a project agreement by themselves. A written proposal sets the deliverables, payment terms, timeline and responsibilities for each project.
Concept websites
Clearflow Plumbing and Ridgeline Roofing are fictional concept businesses. Their websites demonstrate design and interaction. They are not trading businesses or client case studies.
Images and claims
The main website’s people image is illustrative. It does not depict the studio team or provide a customer endorsement. Client projects use materials and claims authorized by the client.
Scope and handover
Revision allowances, content responsibilities, third-party costs, ownership, licensing and handover arrangements are confirmed in the written proposal before work begins.
Payment and delivery
Prices are in USD. For standard website projects, 50% is payable before work begins and 50% after approval of the preview, before launch and handover. Any different payment schedule is agreed in the written proposal. We arrange a project-specific PayPal invoice; payment options are those available on the invoice. We confirm received payments by email. Delivery normally takes 2–3 weeks after agreed content and the initial payment are received, with the exact schedule in your proposal. Content delays or changes in scope may change that schedule.
Project cancellation and refunds
Request cancellation by email to [email protected]. Before work starts, project payments are refunded. After work starts, we provide an itemized breakdown of completed work and any client-approved, non-recoverable third-party costs. Any remaining prepaid amount is refunded through the original payment route where available. Completed work is valued at the rates or milestones agreed in your proposal. Payment or technical issues are discussed promptly; these terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Ongoing care
Website Care is optional and costs $79 USD per month, paid in advance. It includes hosting, technical upkeep, scheduled backups, contact form checks and up to one hour of small edits per month. Unused editing time does not roll over. Email before your next renewal to cancel; care continues through the paid period. Completed care periods are not refunded unless otherwise agreed or required. Migration, transfer of backups and replacement hosting arrangements are agreed before care ends. Domain registration and third-party subscriptions are separate unless your proposal includes them.
